Tell us if you have a lot, want a spec, or want to look at land we have. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. 312 S Main St, Ellijay. Licensed and insured.
Process
How a job runs
Office first, then the lot, then the house. Site work can start with David Ray Services.
02 House
Spec, a plan we have, or custom
Buy a spec. Change one of our plans. Or build custom on your lot or on a lot we have. Current homes and lots are at the office.
03 Site work
Dirt work with David Ray Services
Clearing, grading, and septic are sister-company work. David Ray Services gets the lot ready so the house has a pad, access, and a septic when the job needs it.
04 Build
Foundation, framing, dry-in, finishes
We build the house. Framing on a pad, dry-in, then finishes. Same crew, same office.
05 Done
Walk the house and get the keys
We close it out and turn it over. Questions during the job go to the office at 312 S Main or (706) 273-1695.
Where we build
Gilmer County and nearby
Ellijay, East Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Cherry Log, Talking Rock, and Gilmer County. Mountain lots are normal. Bring the address when you call.
